An advocate for world change through community development utilizing both traditional and nontraditional methods. He has developed a career over the past 15 years as a Strategist, Humanitarian, Diplomat and Artist. 

His experience and knowledge in the areas of strategy, project management, diplomacy and communications while active in multiple roles and industries, guided his career toward today. As a social architect, he has incubated a community of startups in the areas of arts and culture, media, science & tech, education and politics. He is the founder of the Barajas Organization™ a private conglomerate which leads a community of non-profit and for-profit ventures which work cohesively toward developing solutions that enhance the lives of millions. 

Through his career, he has served as a strategic adviser on a number of non-profit and for-profit boards as well helped develop #nextgen strategies for #nextgen organizations, #nextgen startups, and #nextgenleaders from diverse areas such as industrial, governmental, civic, academic, scientific, technological, economic and cultural. He currently serves as the chief strategist and development officer for CANADEM USA, Director of Strategic Partnerships & International Affairs for the G100 Club of California – Business Networking wing, strategic adviser for the Mexican Culture Institute of Los Angeles™, a former Advisory board member the Latin American Cinemateca of Los Angeles™, Radio Latino Foundation™, and Youth In Action™ among others. 

When it comes to humanitarian initiatives, he has worked in various non governmental organizations and community organizations in the areas of media, technology, education and politics. He is the founder of the Barajas Family Foundation™, the private foundation of the Barajas family which leads the philanthropic efforts of the Maria Guadalupe Foundation™ and the STUDENTdirect Foundation™. He is currently working on the largest humanitarian project of his career known as the World Prosperity Organization™. 

When it comes to his career as an artist, he is disciplined as a dancer, artistic director, publisher, designer, musician and freelance architect. He is the founder of the following brands; ARTISTdistrict Community™, Scorpio Dance Academy™, Capsoule™

When it comes to his career as a diplomat, he is currently involved with foreign diplomacy projects in The Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa. He currently serves as a U.S Ambassador to the following; the Indo Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Industry™, the International Non-Olympic University™, the World Sports Karate Federation™, and the International Nobel Peace Prize Recommendation Forum™ among others.

At the age of 20, he became one of the youngest investors in the next generation in the areas of education, arts, culture and leadership by investing $100,000 to several youth groups.

In 2009, he had a special lifetime opportunity at such a young age to join a seminar in Silicon Valley with top executives, advisers, and mentors that taught him about the world of community development, social integration, and anthropology through business and technology.

In 2015, he became the founder of #NextGenLeaders™ and co-founder of the the NextGenLeaders Initiative, a global platform meant to humanize the political experience. This led to the creation of the NextGenLeaders Academy, the leadership academy for a new class of leaders around the world. From 2015-2018, he shared his views in the political arena and sought to deliver a message for the next generation of leaders in the U.S and the world. In 2015, he ran as the youngest nextgenleader in United States history for the House of Representatives at the age of 25. In 2018, he ran as the youngest #nextgenleader for California Governorship at the age of 28

Mr. Barajas has continued his community development for the past 15 years which have lead to meetings with youth leaders, community organizers, and world leaders in the U.S, Asia, Europe, Latin America. His experience has allowed him to learn from other communities when it comes to education, health, environment, economy, human rights issues as well as vice versa.
